This guide does a good job covering the different phases of the game.
You'll learn what to do during the laning phase, how to harass, how to pressure the dragon, and how to change your playstyle to synergize with your support.
The guide has all of the new masteries, runes and items. It refers to old Movement speed of 305 (it is now 330), but that's very minor.
Best section: walkthrough
After reading this guide, you'll walk away with the confidence to dominate the bottom lane. You'll learn when and how to play passively, aggressively, or to freeze the lane
in the early game. You'll also learn how to play against
various opponents, with no details left out. And of course, you'll need
to know how to team fight, which is also covered in this guide.

Information on: Season 3
Hi. Mr. Robot here. I've compiled a list of some other resources relevant to this Champion. If you have a Season 3 resource to suggest,
leave a comment.
The Gameplay section for each champion is a work in progress. More information is being added on a regular basis. If you have a useful tip, trick, video, image or anything that can help players excel with this champion, please let Mr. Robot know in the comments below! He will add information submitted by humans to this page after a thorough robot review. (Mr. Robot will give credit to humans who submit information, even if other robots disapprove.)
Escaping Ganks
Throw your Smoke Screen (W) in their path to limit their vision and use Quick Draw (E) to dash over a wall or just get more distance between you.
Dodging Skill Shots
Quick Draw (E) makes dodging skill shots easy. If the situation permits, Quick Draw to the side and a little towards the enemy, getting in a position to burst them down. The enemy will be at a disadvantage to retaliate since you just dodged their skill shot.
Pay Attention to Your Passive
You'll want to be hitting a minion or enemy once every 3 seconds to keep your passive stacked for the extra Armor and Magic Resist. If this causes you to push the lane, make sure you get wards out.
Harassing
Throw a Smoke Screen (W) on the enemy, Quick Draw (E) in to close the gap, followed by an auto-attack and Buckshot (Q). Then get out. Depending on your starting position, you can save Quick Draw to get away after your combo.
Team Fights
Throwing a Smoke Screen (W) into a fight early will mess up the enemy team's damage combos and give your team an advantage. If the entire team isn't grouped up, try to get the Smoke Screen on their AD Carry. Using Collateral Damage (R) early can do some devastating damage, especially if the enemies are grouped up and in a line, like at the start of many team fights. Watch League of Girls get an Ace and survive with 23 Health as Graves!
Smoke Screen (W) in the Laning Phase
During the laning phase, if your opponent is hiding in a bush, place a Smoke Screen on the edge so you can safely get a couple of last hits. Use it on your opponent to deny them of their last hits. If an enemy jumps in to damage you, throw a Smoke Screen where they land, shutting down their damage combo.

Options:
Use Summoner Spells
Use Active Items
Enable Banshee's Veil
Only use Basic Attacks
If enabled, use Ignite, Surge, Heal, and/or Exhaust (depending on which spells the build has available).
If enabled, use active items like Deathfire Grasp, Hextech Gunblade, Health and/or Mana Potions, etc. at the beginning of the fight.
If enabled and you have a Banshee's Veil in your build, enter the fight with a Banshee's Veil spell shield active. Note that this can have a large impact on duel results.
If enabled, only use basic attacks and "steroid" abilities that enhance basic attacks, e.g. Tristana's Rapid Fire, Vayne's Final Hour, etc.
This mode is useful to compare how much damage is gained/lost by using abilities or not using abilities, particularly for late-game AD carries.
